This quote sums up the programme rather nicely. An addictive programme but the science and technology is stretched a bit too far at times! Think I really miss Grissom too. I have a dilema in the fact if I get a ginger cat with white socks do I call it Marmalade or Grissom???

Season Finale of CSI NYC this Saturday which will leave fans with CSI Miami only (plus the numerous box sets they have more than likely purchased). Horatio Caine get's shot...by the looks of the trailers he is killed. Perhaps Miami will lighten up at last. Horatio is so serious and what is with his deep voice - reminds me of those cinema adverts "Popcorn...in the Foyer Now!

Gotta love CSI though!

Bread Making The Result

The bread is finally made and it is delicious. Ross and I have had a couple of slices already. Smothered in butter mmmm...the major problem of freshly baked bread...you have to eat it immediately 'cause it is so delicious!

Bread Making

Mr Williams is making bread. Wholemeal and healthy. I don't think he has the receipe quite right as the dough looks a bit too sticky. However, the yeast is in and the bread is proving...letting the yeast rise to the uneducated. We do have a breadmaker but Ross is determined to make some bread by hand. I have bought him a loaf tin so I just have to wait and see what will be produced...I will keep posted but if it is like anything else Mr Willims tries it will be delicious. I have to admit there is nothing quite so tasty as hot bread, straight from the oven covered in butter!
